Welcome to ALOFT Academy!

ALOFT Academy

ALOFT Academy is our specialized training program designed to help local talent transition into rewarding careers as aircraft mechanics in our hangars. Students choose to focus on one of three key disciplines, Structures, Avionics, or Interiors, through a curriculum modeled after trade and technical schools.

Our program combines in-depth technical education with hands-on practical coursework, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for real-world applications. After completing the program, participants begin working in our hangars under the guidance and mentorship of experienced mechanics, gaining valuable on-the-job experience as they grow into skilled professionals.
