ALOFT Academy equips aspiring aviation maintenance professionals with paid, hands-on training that transforms local talent into skilled, job-ready mechanics. Supported by ALOFT AeroArchitects, a leader in aircraft repair, modification, and completion, we offer expert mentorship, real-world experience, and scalable practices designed to close critical workforce gaps. Our classroom-to-career pipeline strengthens communities, supports industry growth, and fuels the future of aviation.
The ALOFT Academy curriculum covers:
- Aircraft maintenance fundamentals
- Specialized skills in structures, avionics, and interiors
- Hands-on practice and practical assessments
- Regulatory requirements
- Training on ALOFT documents, policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Each class of students will be focusing on three highly skilled roles in structures, avionics, and interiors. Modeled after a trade or technical school, the program blends technical education with hands-on practical coursework. Combined with follow-on OJT, our graduates are fully prepared to deliver and meet our customers’ expectations with precision and expertise.
